Can I return my purchase if I am not fully satisfied?
If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, please return with receipt of purchase for store credit or refund in full within 30 days of purchase. Returns or refunds are applicable to original purchaser only, and only if purchased through Italian Children's Market.
Except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise, customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Please contact Italian Children's Market via email: Italianchildrensmarket@gmail.com for instructions on returning your item.
IMPORTANT: Returns are granted a full refund ONLY if the item was returned in the original condition. This includes the box it came in, or in the case of musical items, the styrofoam casing that it came in. The styrofoam must not be damaged, destroyed in any way. The item must be suitable for restocking.

What if I am not comfortable paying online with my credit card? Do you take personal checks or money orders?
Yes, personal checks and money orders are accepted. Please send your checks payable to Italian Children's Market to:

Be sure to include a note describing your item, the quantity, first and last name, your address, phone number and e mail address so we can send you a confirmation and tracking number. Please call or e mail for correct shipping charges.
When will I receive my purchase?
We try our best to process all orders within 24 hours. Please bear with us during busy holiday seasons as we are a small, family -owned company of 4. Estimated shipping time is 4-9 business days once payment is received to all US addresses. Please take note to the weather in your area during the winter holidays. We are not responsible for postal delivery delays due to extreme weather conditions or delays in deliveries during their own busy holiday seasons. International shipments, please allow 3-4 weeks depending on the country and their customs regulations which can cause delays. A tracking number of your package will be e mailed to you once your package is processed. You may refer to your tracking number at any time to easily find out the whereabouts of your package and to get a better idea as to when you will receive your purchase.
Can you ship to another address if I am purchasing as a gift?
Absolutely! Please provide us with your billing address, and the name and address to where it is to be shipped during check out. Please inform us that it is a gift, and we will not include the invoice.
Can you change the name on the teddy bear's sweater to a custom name?
Unfortunately, no. Giovanni and Giuliana are the names of the characters. After the greeting, they say, "Mi chiamo Giovanni..." (My name is Giovanni), and "Mi chiamo Giuliana..."(My name is Giuliana) The greetings cannot be changed.
Where is Giovanni, Giuliana and Dominick the Donkey manufactured?
Our plush toys are designed in the USA, by Isabella Centofanti, an Italian-American, and manufactured in China. They are novelty items priced reasonably for all to enjoy. The bears' recorded voices are native Italian speakers.
